Introduction

One definition of the word citizen is "a resident of a city or town, especially one entitled to vote and enjoy other privileges there".

These rights, entitlements and privileges require effort and maintenance. As citizens we can contribute to this maintenance.

How can we become more dutiful citizens in the places we live today?
